The Law
The only Legal way for a client to possess cannabis in Canada is by holding one of the following: a valid Health Canada License under the MMAR (Marihuana Medical Access Regulations) or a valid Medical Document, prescribed by a physician, under the MMPR (Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations).
